    Ethical receive a set amount from the referred solicitors for every claim that meets their criteria. Regardless of whether the claim is worth £10,000 or £10,000,000 – we are paid the same amount for introduction, meaning every organisation receives the same high level of customer care.

    We have seen cases settled as quickly as 3 months however generally we advise the process can take 12-18 months.

  • What information would you need from me?


    All we require to process your claim is a signed retainer, contact information, contractual detail, and evidence of a third-party.

  • How likely is my claim to be successful?


    Claim success depends on a variety of factors, however our solicitors will only take on claims deemed likely to succeed. Regardless of the outcome, with full obligation to the case, you will not be charged any fees outside of a successful settlement.

    The claims are made against both the broker and the supplier, if both are still trading then the liability is shared.
